About Valerian

Bold, authentic, provocative — deeply expressive.

Valerian Glonti is a German–Georgian cultural manager and the artistic director (Intendant) of the Theater im Schlossgarten in Arnstadt, Germany, since January 2025.

He is developing the theater into a modern, multigenerational venue — commissioning daring, genre-bending productions like Glamageddon and the upcoming Absolution, and building a house where audiences are not just entertained, but implicated, unsettled, and moved.
